Our Story

Opened in 2022, Canteen Coffee Co. was built on a simple idea: coffee tastes better when it’s rooted in community. What began as a small café in Cambridge, NY has grown into a gathering place where neighbors, farmers, and friends come together over good coffee and honest food.

Beyond being a café, Canteen is an old-school gathering place where neighbors meet, stories are shared, and the spirit of the farmers market comes alive all year long.
